Local Pick-Up & Shipping Info
At Fascinations, we want to make shopping as easy and convenient as possible. Our In-Store Pickup option allows you to shop online and pick up your order at a participating Fascinations store near you. All toys are carefully power tested and charged before leaving our facility. Additional testing can be provided at pick up upon request.
How It Works

Select In-Store Pickup
At checkout, choose the “In-Store Pickup” option and select your preferred location. -
Order Processing
Orders are typically ready within 2-3 hours. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is prepared and available for pickup. -
Pickup Confirmation
Please wait until you receive your “Ready for Pickup” email before coming to the store. This ensures your items are set aside and ready for you.
What to Bring

A valid photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport)

Your order confirmation email (digital or printed)
Pickup Window

Orders must be picked up within 2 days of receiving your “Ready for Pickup” notification.

Orders not picked up within this timeframe may be canceled and refunded to your original payment method.
Who Can Pick Up the Order

Only the person listed on the order may pick it up.

For security reasons, we are unable to release orders to anyone else.

Discreet & Secure Packaging
All orders from Fasinations.net are shipped in plain brown packaging to ensure your privacy. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground or to APO/FPO addresses.
If you would like to require a signature upon delivery, please contact us at 1-866-386-5683 or email info@fascinations.net prior to placing your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and distance from our distribution center. Orders not using USPS Flat Rate Box service are priced by weight and zone.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
Orders placed on fascinations.net are typically processed and fulfilled within 24–72 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the next business day. Delivery timeframes apply to in-stock items only:
Standard Shipping: 4 – 7 Business Days
Priority Shipping: 2 – 3 Business Days
APO/FPO Deliveries: 3 – 45 Days (varies by location)
For APO/FPO addresses, please use the appropriate military format without including city or country names. This ensures your package is routed through the military mail system rather than international mail.
Please note: We currently only ship within the United States.
Order Cancellations
All orders are charged at the time of submission and enter our fulfillment system immediately. Due to the high volume of orders, we cannot cancel orders once submitted.
Returns & Exchanges
To ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers, all sales are final. Once items have left our warehouse, they are considered used and non-resalable.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items, including toys, accessories, wellness products, or lingerie.
