Refund policy

All toys are carefully tested for quality before leaving our facility. Due to the high volume of orders and fast processing, we cannot cancel orders once they have been submitted. 

Orders typically ship within 24–48 hours. Orders placed after 12 PM MST are processed the next business day.

Order Cancellation Policy

Once your order is submitted, your credit/debit card is charged immediately, and the order is sent to our fulfillment team. Due to the high volume of orders and fast processing, we cannot cancel orders once they have been submitted. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.

Return Policy – ALL SALES FINAL

For the health, safety, and privacy of our customers, fascinations.net does not accept any returns or offer refunds, no exceptions.
Once an item leaves our warehouse, it is considered used and non-resellable. This policy applies to all items, including toys, lingerie, wellness items, accessories, and any product that could come into contact with skin or bodily fluids.

Defective Products & Warranty

Many manufacturers offer a one-year warranty on their products. In those cases, you must file the warranty claim directly with the product manufacturer.
fascinations.net does not process or manage warranty replacements, these are handled entirely by the product brands.

Most premium pleasure product brands offer limited warranties. Warranty coverage and eligibility will vary by manufacturer. Please consult your product packaging or the brand’s official website to initiate a warranty request.
