Halloween House Casting Call Official Rules

“Discovering the Hotties of Halloween House” 

OFFICIAL RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. 

1. ELIGIBILITY 

The Halloween House Campaign Casting (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of Arizona who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. 

Employees of Fascinations, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to participate. 

By entering, each participant represents that they meet all eligibility requirements and that all information submitted is truthful and accurate. 

2. CONTEST PERIOD 

The Contest officially launches on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. 

Applications must be submitted no later than Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 11:59 PM MST. 

Late, incomplete, inaccurate, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified. 

3. HOW TO ENTER 

To enter, participants must visit https://www.fascinations.net/pages/halloween-house and complete the online application, including uploading a brief introduction video explaining why they should be selected as one of the “Hotties of Halloween House.” 

Only one entry per person is permitted. 

Fascinations reserves the right to disqualify any entry that contains inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content or that does not comply with these Official Rules. 

4. SELECTION OF PARTICIPANTS 

Three (3) participants will be selected by Fascinations. 

Applications will be reviewed based on the following qualities: 

  • Personality 

  • Confidence 

  • Creativity 

  • Enthusiasm 

  • Passion for Halloween 

  • Comfort and presence on camera 

  • Overall fit with the Halloween House campaign 

Follower count, social media following, modeling experience, or influencer status will not be required for selection. Fascinations’ selection decisions are final. 

5. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT 

The three selected participants will be announced on Thursday, October 1, 2026, during an Instagram LIVE with Kasey at 7:00 PM PST. 

Selected participants may also be contacted directly using the contact information provided in their application. 

If a selected participant cannot be reached, fails to respond within the time period specified by Fascinations, is determined to be ineligible, or is unable or unwilling to participate in the campaign, Fascinations reserves the right to select an alternate participant. 

6. SELECTED PARTICIPANT EXPERIENCE 

Each of the three selected participants will receive: 

  • A $250 Fascinations shopping spree to create their Halloween look 

  • Feature on an iconic Fascinations billboard during October 

  • Inclusion in Halloween House marketing and promotional materials 

  • Participation in a professional campaign photoshoot 

  • Recognition as a featured Halloween House VIP guest and co-host 

  • Opportunities to appear in digital, social media, and in-store campaign content 

  • The $250 shopping spree has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. 

7. CAMPAIGN PARTICIPATION & COMMITMENT 

By accepting selection, participants agree to reasonably cooperate with Fascinations in connection with the Halloween House campaign, including participating in scheduled photography, video production, promotional activities, social media content, and the Halloween House event. 

The featured Halloween House appearance is scheduled for Saturday, October 17, 2026. 

Participants understand that campaign activities may require reasonable availability before, during, and after the Halloween House event. 

8. PHOTO, VIDEO & MEDIA RELEASE 

By submitting an application, participants grant Fascinations permission to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture their likeness, image, voice, name, statements, and submitted application materials in connection with the Contest and Halloween House campaign. 

By entering and, if selected, participating in the campaign, participants grant Fascinations and its affiliated entities a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual right and license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise utilize such photographs, videos, recordings, likeness, name, and submitted content for advertising, marketing, promotional, social media, website, digital, in-store, billboard, and other commercial purposes related to Fascinations and its brands. 

Participants understand that such content may be used during the Halloween House campaign and in future marketing materials. 

Participants waive any right to inspect or approve the final photographs, videos, advertisements, or other materials in which they appear. 

9. PARTICIPANT REPRESENTATIONS 

By entering, each participant represents and warrants that: 

  • They are at least 21 years old. 

  • They are an Arizona resident. 

  • The information provided in their application is accurate. 

  • Their submitted video and other materials are their own original work or that they have permission to use them. 

  • Their participation does not violate any agreement or obligation to another person, company, employer, or organization. 

  • They have obtained permission from any other person appearing in submitted materials, if applicable. 

10. DISQUALIFICATION 

Fascinations reserves the right to disqualify any participant who: 

  • Provides false or misleading information; 

  • Violates these Official Rules; 

  • Engages in fraudulent or deceptive conduct; 

  • Submits inappropriate or unlawful content; 

  • Fails to respond to communications from Fascinations; 

  • Fails to meet participation requirements; or 

  • Engages in conduct that Fascinations reasonably determines could negatively impact the Halloween House campaign or Fascinations’ brand. 

11. CHANGES OR CANCELLATION 

Fascinations reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the Contest or any portion of the Halloween House campaign if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so. 

Fascinations also reserves the right to modify campaign activities, locations, dates, or production details as reasonably necessary. 

12. RELEASE OF LIABILITY 

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Fascinations, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and promotional partners from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Contest or campaign, except where prohibited by law. 

13. ACCEPTANCE OF RULES 

By submitting an application, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules, Terms & Conditions, including the Photo, Video & Media Release.
