| Informative, funny, and real, 10th Jul 2008 | Reviewer: Laura Reinsch | This is one of the best books on sex I've ever read. Not only does it explain the biological processes of sex and anatomy, but addresses different misperceptions, attitudes and stereotypes regarding sexual activity. It's definitely extremely sex-positive in its writing, and doesn't try to be too gender/heterosexual specific.
The topics range from anatomy to oral sex to BDSM to pregnancy to STIs and everything else you ever wanted/needed to know.
I read it cover to cover, but keep picking it up when I need a refresher on a particular subject, or need an answer to any question.
This is definitely the encyclopedia of sex. |
