Can I use gift cards or an e-certificate to purchase products online at Fascinations.net?

Yes. Gift cards and e-certificates can be redeemed during checkout, please make sure to enter your gift card number on the Delivery Information page upon checkout. At this time, gift cards and e-certificates cannot be used for purchase or rental of DVDs through the online store.


Can I purchase Gift Cards or e-certificates online at Fascinations.net?

Not at this time. We no longer offer e-certificates for purchase online. If you have an existing e-certificate, you may redeem it for purchase through Fascinations.net or in-store.


Back Orders

All items put on back order will take on average from 7 - 10 business days to be re-shipped to you. Some back orders could take up to 4 weeks.


Does Fascinations help with sponsoring events?

Fascinations will occasionally assist in sponsoring events with other organizations. To be considered for such a sponsorship, please e-mail srogers@fascinations.net.


What are Fascinations™ hours of operation?

All stores suspend operations to observe Easter, Christmas, and Thanksgiving.

All Arizona store hours are as follows:
8am - 1am Monday through Thursday;
8am - 2am Friday & Saturday;
12pm- 12am on Sunday

Our Mill Ave store in Tempe, AZ is open from:
10am - 12am Monday through Thursday
10am - 2am Friday & Saturday;
12pm- 12am on Sunday.

All Colorado store hours are as follows:
8am - 1am Monday through Saturday
12pm - 12am on Sunday

Will there be sales tax added to my order?

The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is shipped.

The Internet Tax Freedom Act (ITFA), which was signed into law on October 21, 1998, does not, as some have asserted, preclude sales and use taxes on any and all commerce conducted over the Internet. State and local governments are allowed to impose sales and use taxes on all such electronic sales, provided that the tax (and its rate) is the same as that which would be imposed on the transactions if they were conducted in a similar manner, such as over the phone or through mail order. The IFTA is intended to prevent any jurisdiction from imposing special taxes on Internet transactions, other than such taxes that a jurisdiction already has the ability to impose.


How can I determine the shipping charges on my order?

Rush: We ship UPS Next Day Air to any street address in the U.S. UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air may also be used for shipment to Alaska and Hawaii.
Please refer to the chart for rush order information.

At this time we do not ship internationally.
Overseas and foreign orders will not be filled except to the following locations: Hawaii, Alaska.


How is the confidentiality of my order guaranteed?

Fascinations.net not only takes steps to ensure your confidentiality while online, we also work hard to make sure that your products arrive safely and discreetly. All items are shipped in plain brown packaging with Apple Distributing (our corporate shipping name) as the return address.


What payment methods does Fascinations.net accept?

Fascinations.net currently accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We accept payment in U.S. funds only.

We also accept gift cards and e-certificates for online purchases. However, gift certificates and e-certificates may not be used for DVD purchases.

At this time we cannot accept cash, CODs, checks, or money orders.


Is ordering online from this site secure?

Yes, at Fascinations.net, guarding your information is a priority. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt your credit card number, name and address, so only Fascinations.net is able to decode your information.

To ensure that your connection is secure, look at the bottom status bar of your browser window. If you see a closed lock or an unbroken key (Depending on your browser) the SSL is active and your information is secure. Many browsers off additional security alerts, as well.

Fascinations.net always uses industry standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving data exchanged with our site. The facilities that house our servers are physically secured to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of all data and information collected.


Does my computer have to accept cookies in order to shop at Fascinations.net?

In order to browse Fascinations.net, no.

In order to shop Fascinations.net, yes. Currently, the technology platform we use on this site requires that your browser be set to accept cookies to access certain shopping features. Please read on about cookies and how Fascinations.net uses them.

May I return or exchange an item if I am dissatisfied?

Yes.

If you are dissatisfied with any item, please return it unused within fourteen (14) days of receipt for an exchange or a refund to your credit card. Please read the following guidelines regarding our return policy.

  1. Keep your return merchandise in its original packaging and place it in a box suitable for shipping.
  2. Please use the packing slip that was included with your order to indicate whether you would like to exchange the item or whether you would like us to refund the purchase to your credit card. Place the packing slip in the box along with the return merchandise.
  3. Return the box via USPS only.
  4. Due to the ease of duplication, DVDs, Videos, and audiotapes are considered returnable only if the package seal is unbroken. We will replace defective media only with new items of the same title and format.
