Fascinations Return Policy

Exhanges must occur within 30 days of the original purchase. The original receipt must be present and items must be in their original packaging. All Toys and Toy Accessories may be exchanged only in the event of a manufacturer defect. Apparel may be exchanged if it shows no evidence of wear and price tags are attached. Liberator, book and magazine sales are final.

Please note: The Funlove.com Return Policy and Fascinations In-Store Return Policy are different. Web purchases do not include the opportunity to see a product until it is delivered, whereas in-store shoppers are able to see and touch the product before purchase. Therefore, web purchases have a more liberal return policy.
