What can one expect on a trip to Fascinations?
The Fascinations stores are arranged according to a “soft-to-sensual” merchandising philosophy. This guest sensitive approach places items like lingerie, shoes, jewelry and T-shirts at the front of the store where the emphasis is on making the customer feel welcome. In fact, when entering a Fascinations store, it is not readily obvious that the company sells any product more risqué than what is offered at Victoria’s Secret.

The majority of Fascinations stores separate products with mature themes from general merchandise by placing it in the back of the retail space. In many instances, the adult merchandise is located behind a tall decorative wall with a monitored entrance.

Our associates go through an initial training process as well as continuing education training sessions to help the stay up to date, both on product knowledge and sexual health information. They are trained on the spectrum of sexuality and are judgment free in helping you find the items that are the right match for you. Your privacy and comfort level is of the utmost importance to us! Please feel free to ask questions, try out bath/body/lubricant testers, feel the materials of products, etc – we want this to be the best possible experience for you! Upon check out, any toys will be battery tested to insure that they work, and all of your purchases will be placed in discreet bags, so you may continue your shopping elsewhere, or hurry home to enjoy what you’ve just acquired.

What does a typical Fascinations location look like?
Every location boasts an individual appearance that is tailored to suit its respective market. Stores located in retail plazas conform to the property management’s requirements and blend nicely with neighboring merchants. The company’s freestanding locations are designed by local architects to combine classic elements with contemporary themes. These designs maintain a sense of Fascinations’ individuality while appealing to community standards.

Window displays are regularly utilized at many of our locations to highlight featured items and special promotions. All stores’ holiday window dressings or seasonal displays are centrally created and produced to provide a uniform presentation across the entire chain. The Fascinations home office creative team produces quality sign packages that compare favorably with other retailers in the area.

Items put on back order will take on average from 7 – 10 business days to be re-shipped to you. Some back orders could take up to 4 weeks.

What are Fascinations stores hours of operation?
All stores suspend operations to observe Easter, Christmas, and Thanksgiving.

Will there be sales tax added to my order?
The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is shipped.

Return Policy
If you purchased unsatisfactory merchandise, you may return it within 30 days. Please include your original packaging if it is available along with your original receipt. We gladly provide a replacement, an alternate selection or a refund for the product.

How do I return or exchange a product?
Keep your return merchandise in its original packaging and place it in a box suitable for shipping. Please use the packing slip that was included with your order to indicate that you would like to exchange the item or receive a refund. If you desire an alternate product, please document that on the packing slip. indicate Place the packing slip in the box along with the return merchandise. Return the box via the carrier of your choice (e.g. DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS). You may also choose to return your item to any one of Fascinations retails stores Store Locator.
